How can I reserve an item for my event?
All Bookings require a non-refundable 50% booking fee and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. You can use the online Wishlist Cart feature to submit a formal rental order. If you need assistance building your Wishlist cart give us a Call 980-439-8181 or Text 980-334-5988 and we will be happy to walk you through the process.
Payments can also be made at our office by appointment only

(All invoices must be paid within 24 hrs or link will be canceled and a $25 service fee will be accessed to your new invoice if we have to send out the new contract and/or payment link again)
What are my payment options?
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Zelle, CashApp and MasterCard
What time will the items be delivered? Someone will contact you the week before your event date to schedule the delivery and pickup. Client or clients representative must be on site to sign for delivery. No Exceptions!
$225 Same Day pickup fee will apply to All Orders that need to be delivered or picked up on the same day of the event.
(Rental Pickups after 9 pm will be accessed an additional $75+ fee for after hours pick ups)
What are your Delivery Fees?
Our Local Delivery rates start at $150
- High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem starts at $275
- Raleigh, Durham Starts at $375
- Rock Hill, Columbia, Greenville, Spartanburg Starts at $225
- Mrytle Beach, Charleston, Atlanta, starts at $525+
Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes, we put a hold on your card on the day of the event. This fee is released after your event once items are released on time and free from any damages.
Can I come see your inventory?
Most of our rental items are staged and wrapped, so they are prepared to be delivered. We also store items off site. Please contact us to see if the item you wish to see is available for viewing.
Do you have delivery minimums?
In order to qualify for delivery your local order must be $500.00 or higher. If your order meets this requirement, delivery starts at an additional $150.00 and may increase depending on distance traveled or difficulty of delivery (multiple levels, elevator access only, etc). In most cases rentals less than $300.00 in value can easily be picked up by the customer from our store. Please check upon arrival and report any damaged, broken, missing equipment.
Any order that is non-local will be subject to a predetermined rental minimum based on location (not including delivery fees). Currently we are not able to accommodate same day delivery and pick ups for non-local events.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes, non contact delivery can be arranged with our delivery logistics team.
